Medicare Advantage Covers

The majority of Medicare Advantage covers Medicare part A (hospital), part B (doctors and medical services), part D (medications), plus extras such as Dental, Vision, Hearing, Over the Counter, and other benefits.

Most Medicare Advantage cost you $0 to enroll in a Medicare Advantage plan. One requirement is you must have Medicare part A & B in order to enroll and keep your Medicare Advantage plan.

MEDICARE ADVANTAGE ENROLLMENT PERIODS

New to Medicare or Turning 65 years old

If you are New to Medicare or turning 65 years old. Your enrollment is known as Initial Coverage Election Period (ICEP). 

Annual Election Period (AEP)

Annual Election Period aka Open Enrollment, usually runs from October 15 to December 7 every year. Time when you can change your Medicare Advantage plan to another plan. The new plan starts in January.

Special Election Period

A Special Election Period is available due to change in city, county, weather, and other.
